Burglary arrest following speedy work by officers

A 24-year-old man has been arrested following a speedy response by our officers to a burglary in Lincoln.

We were notified via a burglar alarm being activated at Vape HQ, on Outer Circle Road, at 2.54am today (25 April).

Officers quickly attended the scene where they found smashed glass, shutters that had been removed and blood.

A suspect was identified in the St Giles area of Lincoln and was arrested on suspicion of burglary at 3.26am.

The man remains in police custody.
